This Exciting RARE-SIZE 60s Double Feature Poster, combining two Paramount blockbuster films that both sprang from the same best-selling HAROLD ROBBINS novel is in Excellent Condition! There's some normal corner and edge wear and light, minor surface wear. There are staple holes in all four corners, some creasing at the right (white) edge border and several small stains/discolorations in the right (white) edge. Like most posters of this size, it is printed on extra-heavy glossy poster stock. With bright colors and sharp images, it has always been ROLLED - never folded. A wonderful collectible for fans of either or both of these films and a fine piece of memorabilia of the bygone era of the MOTION PICTURE DOUBLE-FEATURE !
The poster features the great, ORIGINAL POSTER ARTWORK from both films, framed within the image of a large opened (HAROLD ROBBINS) book: bare-chested / blue-jeaned film icon STEVE McQUEEN wearily stands with a rifle across his shoulders in the NEVADA art, which includes the catchline " He Loved... Hated... Killed! "
Sexy star CARROLL BAKER lustily bites the hand of co-star GEORGE PEPPARD in the CARPETBAGGERS art, with text: "HOLLYWOOD - ITS POWER, ITS PASSIONS! "
