THIS ITEM:
The record and labels are in excellent / near-mint condition. The gatefold jacket (which includes many photos and a synopsis of the show), is in very good condition, with minor corner, edge and circular-wear , some transparent tape-marks and some minor edge wrinkling. A tear on the front jacket cover (upper left) has been concealed with black magic marker.
