This RARE-SIZE 70s comedy poster is in very good condition. It has always been ROLLED or stored flat - NEVER FOLDED. With minor edge and surface wear ; multiple staple holes in all four corners; some small light discolorations: approx. 1/4" diameter in the white area to left of Sutherland's head and approx. 1/2" and 1" in the white area to right of Gould's head. With bright colors and sharp images, it's printed on heavy glossy poster stock.
This poster features great comic images of 70s Superstars DONALD SUTHERLAND and ELLIOTT GOULD peering from behind the film's great stone-wall stylized title logo. Lots of cartoon SPY characters - in unattributed artwork in the style of Cracked and Mad Magazine - lurk, peer, eavesdrop, carry guns and bombs and generally creep around the logo ( and even tangle in the Star's hair and clothes). The sometimes-asterisked / sometimes not title suggests a largely nonexistant connection between this film and the co-stars earlier mega-hit M*A*S*H
The film also stars ZOUZOU and JOYCE ACKLAND . Directed by IRVIN KERSHNER
