This approx. 22x28" Movie Item:
THE BIG BOUNCE ~ U.S. Half-Sheet Poster NSS# 69/106 -~ WARNER BROS. PICTURES ~ 1969
This great-looking poster from the under-rated 60s noir / drama is in Very Good / Excellent condition. It has always been ROLLED or stored flat - NEVER FOLDED. With minor corner, edge and surface wear ; an approx. 1" diameter circular stain at the top left border, above "Ryan" ; a tack hole at the top right (white) edge border; some sparse and light discoloration in the (white) border / edge. With bright, unfaded colors and sharp images, it's printed on heavy glossy poster stock.
This striking, heavily-stylized poster has a great, angled, sepia-tone photo of the stars: nervous passenger RYAN O'NEAL rides beside psychotic girlfriend LEIGH TAYLOR-YOUNG, who clutches the steering wheel as she stares intently ahead. Backed by a deep mustard / brown background that segmented by thin, angled white lines. With a cool, 'bouncy' title-logo, too.
Also in the cast: LEE GRANT , JAMES DALY , ROBERT WEBBER and VAN HEFLIN . Directed by ALEX MARCH
