This RARELY OFFERED FRANK FRAZETTA Art poster from CULT-FAVORITE "GIMMICK-MOVIE" Producer / Director WILLIAM CASTLE underrated "GANGSTER" comedy, is in Very Good / Excellent condition. With original machine-folds, there is light wear at the folds and very minor seperation at the fold crosspoints. There is some light ink transfer at the center of the top horizontal fold line and several small angled tears at the extreme left center (white) edge, with no paper loss. With bright colors, and apparently unused, on flat heavy poster stock.
The delightful FRAZETTA artwork, reminiscent of the "running stars" on the MAD, MAD WORLD poster (and FRAZETTA's own WHAT'S NEW PUSSYCAT? art), depicts the entire comic cast (and a nice image of Director WILLIAM CASTLE, too!) fleeing a cemetary carrying guns, shovels and an unearthed corpse or two, with the police in hot pursuit. Pictured: SID CAESAR , ROBERT RYAN , ANNE BAXTER , KAY MEDFORD , JAN MURRAY , RICHARD PRYOR , ARLENE GOLONKA , BEN BLUE , DOM DeLUISE , BILL DANA , GODFREY CAMBRIDGE , MARTY INGELS and GEORGE JESSEL . With a nice stylized title-logo and the famous WILLIAM CASTLE 'silhouette' icon / logo.

FRANK FRAZETTA's terrific artwork appeared in popular comic books and magazines, including Eerie , Mad Magazine , Blazing Combat and Creepy , bookcover art (notably for the CONAN THE BARBARIAN books), and delightful movie posters, including What's New Pussycat? , Fire and Ice , The Fearless Vampire Killers , Yours, Mine and Ours , The Gauntlet , Mixed Company , Hotel Paradiso and others.
