This approx. 22x28" Movie Item:
THE SKULL ~ U.S. Half-Sheet Poster NSS# 65/275 -~ AMICUS PRODUCTIONS / PARAMOUNT PICTURES ~ 1965
This arresting RARE-SIZE poster from the AMICUS horror favorite is in Very Good condition. It has always been ROLLED or stored flat - NEVER FOLDED. With overall light edge and surface wear ; single tack-holes in all four corners and two tack holes in the top right white area ; the outline of an approx. 18 x 1" vertical stain on the back is lightly visible on the right side front in approx. the right 1" of images ; an approx. 6" stain at the bottom right (white) edge & corner tip ; an irregular, approx. 1 1/2" crease / tear in the left center edge has an NSS packing tape repair on the back of the poster; with a few small blemishes and short surface creases.
Because we try to list even small flaws on the posters rather than asking you to find them yourself, these flaws sometimes can seem much more pronounced than they actually are when viewed, as is the case with this item. With bright colors and sharp images, it's printed on heavy flat poster stock.
This striking horror poster showcases a great greenish-yellow image of the title SKULL: pulsating light beams from its' eyesockets, fragmenting the poster into an assortment of eerie artwork images from the film. Each image is accompanied by provocative text:
