This great poster from the popular 60s Musical Comedy is in Good / Very Good condition. It has always been ROLLED or stored flat - NEVER FOLDED. With overall light edge and surface wear and some light surface creases ; two approx. 1" vertical tears along the top (white) edge border, with no paper loss / arrested on the back of the poster with a small piece of archival tape ; an approx. 1/2" diameter staple tear in the top left border with paper loss ; staple / tack holes at the top two corner areas and at the left center edge, approx. 2" in from the edge ; some sparse fingerprinting in white areas ; 3 small stains / foxing, approx. 1/2" in diameter or smaller, in the lower left white area ; an approx. 1" horizontal surface scrape inthe lower left white area with light surface paper loss. With bright colors and sharp images. It's printed on heavy, glossy poster stock.
This poster presents a nice photo of popular star JULIE ANDREWS and colorful artwork showing period airplanes & autos and the likenesses of co-stars MARY TYLER MOORE , JAMES FOX , BEATRICE LILLIE and CAROL CHANNING , who cavort with other characters from the film.
The movie also stars JOHN GAVIN . Produced by ROSS HUNTER . Directed by GEORGE ROY HILL
